With a career built on a foundation of both analytical precision and artistic expression, James holds a PhD in Bioengineering and Data Science from the University of Washington (2024) and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University (2015), alongside a background in Graphic Design from The Pratt Institute (2009). While working on product design and R&D engineering at Fortune 50 Company, PepsiCo, he trained under top business leaders and scientists, culminating in completing a top dual-PhD program including working alongside and training under Nobel Laureates and top physician scientists publishing a doctoral dissertation in a top medical journal that captured worldwide attention.

A skilled plant nursery expert and hands-on artist, Bratcher specializes in fine art, designing interiors, creative terrariums, and unique sculptures crafted from local materials. They are also a local DJ and music producer under the name (FVTVRE // FLVRT). They combine a bold eye for design with deep technical sound and music skill to lead our creative vision.

With a career spanning the USA, Europe, and Latin America, Victoria specializes in designing strategic roadmaps that help companies expand and optimize their global operations. Her background is defined by a rigorous technical foundation—holding a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in International Business—which allows her to bridge the gap between scientific analysis and corporate strategy.

Previously serving as an International Product Manager for the petrochemical industry, M.V. Johnson developed the first forecasting methods for international pricing used by governments in Colombia, Brazil, the USA, and Italy. A certified educator and mentor, she is dedicated to using her vast experience to advise young companies and professionals, advising with a legacy of skill and proficiency for the next generation of business leaders.
